Our centre operates from 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday. Your options outside these hours are flexible, be it divert or voicemail service.

We’ll charge you based on the below schedule;

$2.00 p/call (exc. GST)

Outgoing Faxes (exc. GST)
Local Areas – Brisbane City: $1.50 first page, 50c other pages
S.E. QLD – 0741, 0754, 0755, 0746: $2.00 first page, 50c other pages
Remainder of QLD, NSW (02), N.T & A.C.T.: $2.50 first page, $1.00 other pages
VIC (03), W.A., S.A., TAS: $3.00 first page, $1.50 other pages
Overseas Numbers: $5.50 first page, $2.50 other pages

Express Post (Exc GST)
C5 (A5) Envelopes – Documents Only: $6.60
B4 (A4) Envelopes – Documents Only: $8.00
500 gm Satchels: $11.20
3 kg Satchels: $15.60

Photocopies (+GST)
Black and White: 10c for each A4 page, 30c for each A3 page
Colour: 50c for each A4 page, $1 for each A3 page
Laminating Supplies, Stationary Supplies, Binding Supplies, Labels, etc are all available through reception. Please enquire for pricing

Secretarial & Administration Work (exc GST)
We’ll provide you an estimate. Our rule of thumb is $1 p/min.

Yes! Your dedicated receptionist will answer your calls in your company name and follow your instructions. Calls can be transferred to mobile or another landline or offer our premium voicemail service if you’re unavailable.
